RDGCC F & B Memo – September 29, 2020

Good Afternoon Members,

I can’t believe the good fortune we’ve had this fall.  The beautiful weather has provided perfect course conditions and a full tee sheet which in turn has been a full dining room!  We have loved to see a full house almost every night of the week!

The forecast looks great well into October and we have lots coming up to finish off the season.

This Friday October 2 is 9 Wine and Dine featuring Surf & Turf.  Book your tee time and for $60 guests will receive 9 holes of golf, our steak, scallop & prawn dinner feature with a starter and their first beverage.  Members can enjoy dinner, starter and beverage for $30.

October 7 – Ladies Fall Banquet (please call 403-347-5441 or email pam@rdgcc.ca to make your reservation with your meal choice – Salmon or Chicken)

October 10 the dining room will close at 3 pm.

October 31 we will host our first annual family Halloween party.  Drop in between 1-4 pm in your costume for games, crafts and snacks.  Cost is $10 per child and we ask you do reserve a spot to help accommodate COVID occupancy restrictions.

Thanksgiving Sunday and Monday – In-house Dining

Includes starter soup or salad and dessert – $35

Butter and sage sous vide turkey breast with cran-apple and sausage stuffing and turkey gravy, pomme puree, roasted carrots, red beets, and turnips

Dijon and brown sugar baked ham with rhubarb relish and apple sauce, pomme puree, roasted carrots, red beets, and turnips

Pumpkin pie with Chantilly cream

Thanksgiving Packs: $320 (Feeds 10 people)

Thanksgiving Pack 1:

  • Mixed greens salad and dressing, dinner buns, dessert
