RDGCC F & B Memo – Feb 9, 2021

Good Afternoon Members,

Thank you for the overwhelming response to our Valentines dinner.  Friday evening is SOLD OUT!  We have added an additional day and have space available for Saturday February 13th.

Please choose your entrée when reserving.

Valentine’s Dinner

4 courses with wine pairings $70 ($50 per person without wine) 

Strawberry Spring Salad
Spring mix topped with fresh strawberry, avocado, mozzarella, mushrooms and white balsamic vinaigrette

Seafood Quiche Bites
Crab and prawn in a creamy custard rich quiche 

Entrée Choice of:

Seared salmon over creamy risotto and vegetables topped with beurre blanc

Peppercorn crusted tenderloin topped with herb pesto served with roasted potatoes and chef’s vegetable 

Chicken and spinach linguini combined with spinach, broccoli and feta 

Finish with a chocolate strawberry cheesecake!

Our team is excited to offer our first F & B square board.  For $20 a square you’ll be entered to win one of the following prizes:

1st place – 20 bottles of wine valued at $1000!

2nd & 3rd place- Friday night dinner for 2 and 8 bottles of wine

4th place- A bottle of Fire & Cane whiskey and 2 fresh pizzas

1L Chili with baguette $14

Cannelloni for 2 with baguette $20

6oz Ribeye steaks $10

All items can be frozen until ready to heat.  Heating directions will be included.
