What a great year of golf we have had!  The forecast looks pretty good next week as well.  We hope to see you out for a final round.  The Red Deer Golf and Country Club will close the course for the season following play Sunday October 18.
Chef Marion will have a Turkey Dinner Thanksgiving Special this Sunday October 11 in addition to our regular Prime Rib.  Reservations are recommended.
We will continue with our Prime Rib Sunday each week throughout the off-season.  Remember that the Board has revised the assessment periods so every food and beverage dollar you spend 12 months a year now counts towards an assessment.
RDGCC members have until Monday October 19 to sign up for Troon Golf discount cards.  If you plan on a trip to the states this winter they are worth looking into.  Go to www.troongolf.com and click on special offers to learn more about the Troon cards.  Red Deer members get a substantial discount on the posted rates.
