Congratulations to 15 year old Carter Graf on being named to the Alberta Golf Association’s Team Alberta. Twelve Junior boys and 6 girls are annually selected based on criteria that includes performance results, behaviour, etiquette, and potential. The program is designed to give athletes the best possible training and support for their development throughout their junior careers. Congratulations Carter!!
Our Red Deer Golf and Country Club Juniors continue to do us proud. Kudos to our Professional staff (Ken Frame, Jordan Krulicki, and Mark Diu Baldo) for laying the foundation on their road to success.
We have a Special Edition Pasta Night scheduled for Thursday December 08. We encourage all members to gather friends, business associates, and golf partners to join us that evening. Reservations are mandatory (403-347-5441) and a minimum of 40 guests required.
The work has started at Bower Ponds/Great Chief Park in preparation for the Canada Winter Games, and the football field enhancement. The Red Deer Golf and Country Club has benefited by accepting excess top soil and fill that is being stripped from the site. A golf course can never have enough of that!!
