Good Afternoon Members,

I’d like to once again thank you for your continued support during these ever changing times.  Your food and beverage team is working hard to adjust to the new normal while still delivering great product and service.  We have made some changes to the dining room this season creating a “lounge” area on the west and a quieter dining area on the east.  While we are still adjusting for your comfort any suggestions are welcome.

You are able to dine upstairs or from our snack shack and take-out menu to meet the requirements.  The first period ends May 31st with a $150 spending minimum ($50 minimum for Introductory members and $75.00 minimum for seniors over 75).  The next period will run June 1 to July 31 with a $250 minimum ($50 minimum for Introductory members and $125.00 minimum for seniors over 75).

Our first Pasta Night of the season is scheduled for Friday June 5.  With the new AHS standards the pasta will not be made in the front of house as usual however you’ll still be able to build your own!  Cost is $24 and comes with a starter salad and garlic bread.  Please make reservations as it does fill very quickly.

We have also started a hot meal pick up at the snack shack on the turn.  Please call 587-679-6552 from the 8th tee to be ready after 9.  The menu includes a burger, chicken club, turkey sandwich or chicken fingers ($8 each no side).

Butter Chicken with Naan Bread – $16/each
Infused basmati rice, served with marinated and stewed chicken in a rich curry sauce and a side of naan bread.

Peppercorn Crusted AAA Alberta Beef Striploin Roast – serves approximately 3 people – $30
Alberta strip loin with a dijon and roasted garlic rub, crusted in black and white peppercorns ready for your oven.

House ground burgers – 6oz patty – $5/each
