Membership renewals look good to this point, and they will come in quickly the next couple of weeks.
We will list and welcome all new members in a hard copy newsletter that will be mailed in late March. Any who purchase shares or start on our Time Payment Plan I will acknowledge weekly in emails. Recently Dr. Theo Kemp started the process and has joined the RDGCC family. Welcome!
The Opening Reception and New Member Orientation will be held Friday April 24. Please mark the date and plan on joining us. It is a nice evening with complimentary food and drink.
Our menu this Sunday is listed below. Remember we need your reservations by 4 pm today. We do not plan on an Easter Brunch but will have dinner specials that Sunday.
Sunday March 8
Prime Rib, Chicken Shish-Kabob (grilled marinated chicken breast skewered along with mixed peppers, onions and mushrooms served on a bed of vegetable rice pilaf), or Shrimp Jambalaya (an assortment of shrimp, chorizo sausage, ham, mixed peppers and onions with a spiced tomato sauce served on Mexican orzo noodles. We can offer to have it more spicy…just ask your server).
Is it too early to comment on course conditions? Probably…but I can say that Superintendent Heath Koch is happy that we have maintained decent snow cover, and that to this point we have no evidence of any ice on the greens. You never know what you never know…but to this point we are pleased.
Normal (?) weather from this point forward would be appreciated!!
