Don’t forget we have a discounted green fee day this Thursday.  Guests will play at the reciprocal rate all day.  Please inform your guests of our dress code and expected pace of play.

Congratulations to David Brant on recording our 6th hole-in-one of the year!  David aced #17 on Wednesday June 14 while playing with Dwayne Stolz and Parker Bettenson.  He used an 8 iron.

The Red Deer Golf and Country Club has prime dates available for Christmas functions.  Call Robyn Amell or Debbie Slagman at 403-347-5441 to book your date.

Saturday July 01 is Canada’s 150th and as usual RDGCC members will need a City of Red Deer pass to access the Club.  You can pick passes up at the Administration Office.

On Canada Day we will have an 8:30 am shotgun start for regular play with all restrictions waived, and follow that up with a family friendly par three shotgun start at 2 pm.  In the afternoon draw you make your own groups and guests play for $25.00.  There will be Canada Day specials upstairs in the Clubhouse following play – but no entertainment or BBQ on the cart landing as in the past.

The C.A. Ladies Tournament is Saturday August 12.  Please click the following link for an entry form and sign up soon for this popular event.

Our Junior Club Championship has been moved from August 09 and 10 to August 25 and 26.  Sorry for the inconvenience.

We appreciate the positive comments regarding food & beverage and Clubhouse service this year.  Chef Ryan Poole is to be commended for a good variety on our daily features, and consistently presenting our favourites on the regular menu.  Our breakfasts are the best value in town and business is growing.  Thanks again for your support.

Ken Frame Golf Sales is advertising all kinds of Canada Day specials.  Stop in the golf shop and save while his selection is good.
