There have been a couple more instances where member’s vehicles have been left unlocked and “broken into” in the parking lot. In all three cases change was taken and some other smaller items with items strewn about. One member lost credit cards, which were fortunately cancelled with only one small charge. These happened during the day in regular golfing hours. Please be diligent in locking your vehicles, keep your valuables out of sight and report any non-golf looking visitors to the golf shop or Administration Office. We don’t know for sure but think the culprits are driving into the lot and parking then checking the vehicles close by.
With the recent heavy rain we expect our sand traps to get a little crusty and to have some of the sand moved around. We will add sand where necessary and in time our crew will get to them all and re-work them. In the meantime, expect to run into unusual lies and adjust your recovery accordingly. To this point in the season our sand traps have never been better. Our crew will get them back to top shape as quick as they can.

I know it is hard to believe but it appears that a large family of geese have walked over from Bower Ponds and like it here. Our goose whisperer has been made aware and we expect them to be dealt with early next week. Keep your fingers and toes crossed that they don’t start flying prior to…and thanks for your patience.
