Good Afternoon Members,

A big thank you to all our members who continue to follow AHS regulations in the clubhouse.  We are still required to have you sit in the dining room with no more than 6 per table.

Did you know?  A few facts about your food and beverage department:

  • We are still offering event bookings up to 50 people
  • Many of the herbs and vegetables used daily come from our very own garden!
  • Our Chef shops locally whenever possible including the Farmer’s Market and nearby farms
  • We cut our sirloin steaks in-house and the remainders are ground for our burgers
  • You can order hot food to pick up after 9 holes (call (587) 679-6552)
  • The snack shack sold 1500 slices of banana bread last season

Father’s Day Weekend Dine-In Prime Rib Dinner $36

This coming Father’s Day Weekend we will be featuring our Prime Rib Dinner.  Beginning each night at 5 pm on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday June 19th – June 21st. 

Alberta Prime Rib with our house rub of roasted garlic puree, dijon mustard, fresh herbs and red wine and slow roasted.  Served with veal jus, olive oil and herb-roasted baby potatoes, honey and thyme roast carrots, white turnips and beets.  Your meal also includes fresh dinner bun and butter, as well as your choice of starter soup or salad.

Father’s Day Prime Rib Take Out Dinner:   $150 (Serves 4)

Let us take some of the work away and enjoy some extra time with Dad. 

Prime Rib – house cut and trimmed Alberta prime rib, already dressed in our house prime rib rub of roasted garlic puree, dijon mustard, fresh herbs, and red wine – ready for your oven. 

Included with your dinner:

  • Olive oil and herb roasted baby potatoes
  • Honey and thyme roast carrots, white turnips, and beets
  • Tuscan lettuce salad mix
  • Pasta salad with cucumber, red and green onions, grape tomatoes in sundried tomato vinaigrette dressing
  • Veal jus and dinner buns

Father’s Day menu orders need to be placed by Thursday June 18th at 3 pm, in order for us to ensure time for product delivery and our team to prepare your orders.  Father’s Day orders will be available for pickup beginning on Saturday June 20th after 2 pm and Sunday June 21st after 9 am.  Call 587-679-6552 to place your order.
