The Red Deer Golf and Country Club is PLEASED to announce the menu’s for our Sunday Dinners in January.

Reservations are required each week and may be made by calling the Clubhouse Monday – Friday from 9 – 4 pm.

Jeremy Doody will entertain each evening.  Groups of 12-18 may request the Board Room for a more private setting.

A reminder to all shareholders of the Annual General Meeting Monday January 12 at 7:00 p.m.

The menus:

January 11 – Our features will be Prime Rib, Liver and Onions with garlic mashed potatoes and vegetables or St. Louis BBQ Ribs with twice baked potato and vegetable medley.

January 18 – Our features will be Prime Rib, Duck a l’Orange (Tender duck legs simmered in a savory orange sauce accompanied by citrus rice pilaf and seasonal vegetables) or Black Currant Pork Tenderloin Medallions with garlic parmesan potato wedges accompanied by seasonal vegetables.

January 25 – Our features will be Prime Rib, Metaxa Chicken (Stuffed chicken breast with a spinach and olive tapenade slow cooked in a Metaxa brandy tomato sauce and garnished with feta cheese served with peppered rice and seasonal vegetables) or Lemon Poached Haddock & Prawns Pasta (Lightly poached haddock loin served on a bed of linguine in a white wine cream sauce tossed with prawns and vegetables).
