F & B Memo September 17, 2020

Good Afternoon Members,

WOW is all I can say!  What an amazing start to September!  Last week’s 9 Wine & Dine Pasta Night was a sell out!  I can’t think of a time I have seen this room so full.  We had a hard time fitting in all the reservations and squeezed in a few more off the course!  We will be offering one more Wine & Dine to finish out the season on Friday October 2.  Our culinary team wants to shake things up and will be serving Surf n’ Turf instead of the usual pasta.  The price will remain the same guests:  $60 for 9 hole green fee and dinner with first drink.  Members $30 includes dinner and first beverage.  Book soon as space is limited.

We have a few other events coming up for October.  On the 10th we will be hosting a wedding in the clubhouse.  Please be aware the dining room will be closed for the afternoon and evening.  The remainder of the long weekend we will have Thanksgiving dinner features as well as turkey take-out for those looking to host dinner at home without all the work.

Thanksgiving Sunday and Monday – In-house Dining

Includes starter soup or salad and dessert – $35

Butter and sage sous vide turkey breast with cran-apple and sausage stuffing and turkey gravy, pomme puree, roasted carrots, red beets, and turnips


Dijon and brown sugar baked ham with rhubarb relish and apple sauce, pomme puree, roasted carrots, red beets, and turnips


Pumpkin pie with Chantilly cream


Lemon curd and shortbread torte with meringue


Thanksgiving Sunday and Monday – Pre-order Take-out

Thanksgiving Packs: $320 (Feeds 8-10 people) 

Thanksgiving Pack 1:

  • Butter and sage sous vide turkey breast, stuffing and gravy
  • Mashed potatoes, roasted vegetables, cranberry sauce
  • Mixed greens salad and dressing, dinner buns, dessert 

Thanksgiving Pack 2:

  • Dijon baked ham, stuffing, apple sauce
  • Mashed potatoes, gravy, roasted vegetables
  • Mixed greens salad and dressing, dinner buns, dessert


Saturday, October 31 we will host our first Annual Family Halloween Party.  Drop in between 1 – 4 pm in your costume for games, crafts and snacks.  Cost is $10 per child and we ask you to reserve a spot to help accommodate COVID occupancy restrictions.
