Dear Members,

One week of the new restrictions down, and hopefully no more than two weeks to go.  We appreciate how challenging things are right now and hope you and your loved ones are well.

Hawk’s Alley – UPDATE

We are hopeful that we will open Hawk’s Alley later this week or early next week. As you may know, there are restrictions on the number of people able to use these units.  To ensure you are entirely aware of how the booking and usage of the golf sims will be once open, we offer you the following:

  1. Only individuals living in the same household can play together.  Single people can bring up to two others to play as long as the other two are the same as those you accompany to other venues, such as restaurants.
  2. Tee times will be booked in 1-hour increments, with a 15 minute sanitization period between bookings to allow staff to sanitize the area before the next booking begins.
  3. The screens must be booked in advance; no drop-in times will be available.
  4. Please remember that screens are booked by the hour and not by the round (It is possible that you are not able to complete your 18 hole round in 1 hour)
  5. Please show up no earlier than 15 minutes before your scheduled booking.
  6. No outdoor shoes are permitted in the simulator area.  Please bring a clean pair of shoes to use while golfing.
  7. The dress code for Hawk’s Alley will be the same as on the golf course.  No jeans permitted.
  8. Until the current restrictions end, the hours of operation will be:
    1. 12 p.m.-10 p.m. Monday-Sunday.

On-Course Winter Activities

Cross Country Skiers:  Allan Hough track set over 5 km of cross country ski trails last week. We ask that all skiers limit their skiing to these tracks only.

Walkers with or without dogs:  Please stick to the established trails, and please keep away from the cross country trails.

ALL USERS:  Please do not cross the fairways, stay away from the ponds and river’s edge and remember that the course is for our members and their guests only.  The gates are open weekdays only from 9 a.m. – 4 p.m.

Dining-in & Take Out

The rules regarding using the dining room have changed again.  Up to six people from the same household can sit together.  If you are single, you can bring two people with you, but they must be the same two persons you are with throughout the current lockdown period.  For more details, please follow this link:  Restaurant Restrictions .

For those of you not wishing to eat out, we have take-out food available.  Please contact us at for more details.
