It looks like spring weather is finally arriving. Spring is an excellent time of year, and we know you are all looking forward to being back at and using the Club, and we are anxious to have you here! We would love to give you a day when we will open for the 2020 golf season, but unfortunately, that time hasn’t arrived yet, hopefully soon.
We are saddened to announce that due to the ongoing physical distancing and non-essential business rules, the Clubhouse and any functions that would have happened therein, is closed until further notice. However, the golf shop remains open 24/7 online at www.rdgccproshop.com, should you need some retail therapy.
We do have some good news to share with you. We are committing to opening the course – walking only and without any golf clubs – on May 1. On that day, we will also give you the option of adding the Red Deer Golf & Country Club Restaurant to your “out of the home” meal pick-up rotation. More details on both walking the course and what the food services will look like will be provided in our message to you next Friday.
Until then, please keep healthy, and thank you for following the current protocols that are helping us get through this pandemic more quickly. This short Coronavirus video https://youtu.be/L5CNHDeF2xA (if you have troubles opening this video please open a new browser and copy and paste) might help as you struggle through your current life situation. Finally, a huge thank you to all those fighting COVID-19 on the frontlines. Your efforts are very much appreciated.
