Please plan on joining us this Thanksgiving weekend.  We will offer features on Sunday and Monday created with care for this special occasion.

This Saturday the Clubhouse will be closed from 12 until 5 pm as we host a memorial.

Next Saturday we have a Dine and Dance featuring Randi Boulton and her band.  The Prime Rib and Salmon Buffet is $60.00 (GST and gratuity extra).  Doors open at 6 pm for cocktails with the Buffet dinner starting at 7 pm.  Entertainment to follow.  Reservations are mandatory and limited space is still available.  Sign up today.  Thanks to Brian Neeland for his sponsorship of the evening entertainment.

The Red Deer Golf and Country Club will close for the season following play October 16.  Chef Ryan Poole has set the following dinner selections for the 16th:

Rack of Lamb with Moroccan spiced sweet potato puree, roasted baby onions and cremini mushrooms and pan-seared broccolini

Seared Halibut with mango salsa, grilled asparagus and herb roasted fingerling potatoes

Roasted Cornish Game Hen with white wine bechamel, grilled asparagus and herb roasted fingerling potatoes

Filet Mignon with demi-glaze, layered potato pave, saffron roasted cauliflower and Guiness marinated roast mushrooms

Please plan on joining us and close the golf year in style!

The golf course may be closing but the RDGCC Sunday dining will continue through the off-season.

We also have space available to host all special occasions and family gatherings.  We hope you think first of the Red Deer Golf and Country Club for all your food and beverage requirements.

RDGCC members are reminded that they must sign up for Troon Golf Discount Cards no later than Thursday October 20.  We submit our list and payment at the close of business that day.
