MARK THE DATE!

On Sunday December 03 we will be offering a Christmas themed Turkey Dinner as one of our evening features.  Please plan on joining other RDGCC members and their guests and kick off the 2017 Christmas season.  Children under 10 will have a portioned feature available at $10.00 plus one other choice (fingers & fries?) available.  We hope to fill the Clubhouse with our members, their families and friends.

Both entrees below include a starter salad.

Roasted Alberta Turkey Breast
Apple Sage and Chorizo Stuffing, Cranberry Sauce, Mashed Potatoes, Turkey Gravy, and Roasted Root Vegetables   $35

OR

Filet Mignon
Red Wine Jus, Mashed Potatoes, Roasted Pearl Onions, Mushrooms and Root Vegetables   $38

Dessert

Sticky Toffee Pudding
English Date and Caramel Cake Served Warm with Vanilla Ice Cream

OR

Crème Brule
French Vanilla and Cream Custard Set and Topped with Caramelized Sugar Glass

Each Sunday thru December 19 we will run dinner specials.  We need at least 20 reserved by 2 pm the Friday prior to proceed with the service.  This Sunday our menu includes:

Sunday November 12 Feature Menu

Features all come with Starter Caesar or Winter Greens Salad

Red wine braised beef brisket with mashed potatoes, roasted carrots, pearl onions, mushrooms, and baby white turnips.   $30

Atlantic salmon poached en papillote with garlic, white wine, butter, fennel and leeks with roasted butternut squash puree and baby white turnips.   $32

Roasted skin-on chicken breast with baby white turnips and linguini with white wine cream and mushrooms, pearl onion, cured grape tomatoes.  $32

Feature Dessert: Sticky Toffee Pudding with Vanilla Bean Ice Cream $6
