Celebrity Chef Marc Cummings will visit the Red Deer Golf and Country Cub and be front and center at buffet dinners Friday June 02, Saturday June 03 and a brunch Sunday June 04.  Please reserve your tables A.S.A.P. so that we can effectively order product and Marc can plan his days.

An original host on the Food Network, Marc has extensive training and experience in Europe and the Caribbean.  The menu is listed later in this message.

The Red Deer Golf and Country Club will close the first tee at 2 pm Sunday May 28 and remain closed until Monday at 1 pm.  Heath and our grounds staff will needle-tyne, top dress and roll the greens.  Once complete our greens will get back to normal in a day or two.  Thanks for your cooperation!

This Friday May 26 we will have another Pasta Night with pasta prepared and served from the front of the house.  Please call 403-347-5441 to make your reservation.

On Saturday the Clubhouse will be closed from 1 – 3 pm as we host a private function.  Service will resume as space becomes available upstairs.

Congratulations to Kane Gellert on our third hole-in-one of 2017.  Kane made his ace on hole #2 Tuesday May 23 while golfing with Matt Fraser and Kaare Odegard.  Great shot!

2017 Roster Books are available at the Administration Office.

Our next discounted green fee day is Thursday June 22.  Guests with RDGCC members will pay a $60.00 green fee.

Whipped Baby Turnip with Bacon and Green Onions
Roasted Butternut Squash Succotash

Live Station Dessert:
Not Your Grandma’s Strawberry Shortcake topped with a Grand Marnier Cream.
