A reminder of our early payment membership deadline of March 15.
I am pleased to introduce our 2 newest shareholders.
Jared Froese has been an Associate member since 2012.  Jared is married to Cathy, and looks forward to spending lots of family time at the Red Deer Golf and Country Club in the years to come.
David Misener joins us after a year on our Two Year Trial program.  David, Lori and family are regulars for weekend breakfasts and brunch.  Whatever David eats we all should…nobody hits the golf ball further!!
We welcome the Froese and Misener families, and are pleased they have chosen to become shareholders at the Red Deer Golf and Country Club.
Our Executive Chef, Ryan Poole and our culinary team look forward to serving you at our Easter Brunch Sunday March 27.  Ryan is excited to join the Red Deer Golf and Country Club, and like all of us anxious to get this golf season started!
Driving to the Red Deer Golf and Country Club may take a little longer for a month or two.  The City is re-inforcing the river bank opposite the golf course, with the rock delivered from the parking lot at Bower Ponds.  There will be flagmen controlling traffic on Fountain Drive until the work is complete.
The Red Deer Golf and Country Club will open for the season a little differently in 2016.  We need an opportunity to train kitchen staff and servers, and would like our members to get an early chance to sample some new menu items.  Each day we will offer 4 or 5 items off our new menu at a special price of $10.00 each with beverage, GST and grat extra.
We will open 5 days a week with meals available from 11:30 am – 1:30 pm commencing Monday April 4.
Once the course opens for play we will switch to the full menu and regular hours.
