Thanks to everyone who braved the cold and attended the Annual General Meeting last night, and especially to incoming President Lynn Booth for his work running the show.  The AGM reviews the previous year’s operations for our shareholders, but for management and the Board it marks the start of another golf season.  We look forward to 2017!

Those in attendance last night are aware that Roy Pernitsky, Darrin Steinke and Dwayne Stolz were named to the Board for 3 year terms.  Congratulations gentlemen!….and thanks for your passion and commitment to the RDGCC.

At a short meeting following the General Meeting the Board confirmed Darrin Steinke as your 2017 Vice-President.  Lynn and Darrin are a terrific team to steer the Board of Directors in these challenging times.

Thanks as well to outgoing President Phil Avram for his work in 2016. 

The Red Deer Golf and Country Club is a terrific facility that we should all be proud of.  Let’s all do what we can to make 2017 the best year possible!!
