Congratulations to the organizers of the RBC Wealth Management Central Alberta Amateur. The tournament has a full field and a great forecast. Special thanks to the folks at RBC and all of our sponsors for their help in making the tournament one of the best in Central Alberta. Red Deer Golf and Country Club members are invited to come out and watch some great golf. The competitive horse race goes Sunday night.
We will not take dining reservations Saturday or Sunday as we accommodate the tournament.
Congratulations to Todd Blundell on making a deuce on #6 last month. An Albatross (2 on a par 5) is more unusual than a hole-in-one, and Todd has been good enough and lucky enough to have made 2 of them, and on two great courses (us and Greywolf)! Todd was playing with Matt Codd, Ross Andras and Ken Evanecz when he turned the trick.
